Shipping policy
We use Australia Post to ship our orders, who then transfer to their international partners upon arrival to the destination country. We cannot guarantee shipping dates and dates are provided as an estimate only.
Please allow an additional 3 business days for packing and processing - you will be notified as soon as your order has left our studio and has been posted.
You will prompted at checkout to select the delivery method that you prefer. Please be aware that if you select Untracked Letter Mail, there is no way to track your parcel. We cannot replace lost letters due to this. If your items have not arrived after 4+ weeks, please contact us to discuss options.

If you have ordered an item that is marked as a pre-order, your order will be placed on hold until all items are ready to be shipped. If you would like to receive your items earlier than the pre-order items, please place two separate orders.
Please note that Meow Mail subscriptions are all sent untracked with "Untracked Letter Mail" as this keeps shipping costs low for you. This can take 3-5 business days within Queensland, and 4-7 business days for the rest of Australia.
Meow Mail subscriptions will be posted separately from all other items on the last day of the month. Meow Mail is billed once a month on the same day you initially subscribed. For example, if you sign up on September 20th: You will be charged September 20th and your package will be sent on September 30th. You will next be charged on October 20th for the next month's mail.
