Refund policy

As we are a small handmade business, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. We also cannot offer returns or exchanges on gift cards or store credits.

 

Damages and Defects

We carefully inspect and quality control our products. However, if you do receive a defective item or if an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at meowmailco@gmail.com so we can evaluate and rectify the situation. Be sure to include your order number along with photos of your items and the packaging. If the case is deemed as damaged, you will be given the choice of a refund, store-credit or replacement (depending on availability). 

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
